| ASP/XML Programmer |

| ASP and XML programmers with network experience needed for a large company in Nelsonville. This is a standing open order because the company is growing quickly and always looking for people with these talents. Although the primary responsibilities involve programming, there will be some LAN or WAN networking tasks such as troubleshooting desktop hardware and applications. Windows servers and various server-side applications may also need to be configured and maintained. This employer offers a casual and friendly work environment.
The successful candidate must have at least three years of technical experience in a professional environment and at least two years experience with ASP. The following experience is preferred: two years XML; one year .Net; two years SQL Server 2000 including complex stored procedures, creation and maintenance of DTS packages and server maintenance issues; and Microsoft operating systems and IIS 5 experience. The successful candidate must also have a working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and DHTML and the ability to think creatively from a programming standpoint. This individual must have a proven track record of attention to detail and meeting deadlines and the ability to manage his or her own projects.
The salary range begins at $34K and is commensurate with experience and very competitive benefits are offered after an initial probationary period. |

| Systems administrator needed for large insurance agency. General responsibilities: Monitor and maintain data communications/telecommunications systems and equipment. Run network diagnostics; manage network file and print server functions; create and maintain user connectivity. Work in assessing, designing, monitoring and/or maintaining telecommunication services and equipment and/or network support services. Develop project plans for installation, upgrade and/or removal of data communications/telecommunications equipment and/or services. Ensure all circuits are in working order. Serve as first point of contact for technology vendors. Document network infrastructure (i.e., creates design documentation in Visio). Independently diagnose complex network connectivity problems; analyze tests and isolate network problems; run network diagnostics; use software and manual diagnostic test equipment; research and analyze complex network and personal computer issues. Troubleshoot desktop software application issues, research and analyze application errors through vendor websites and identify resolutions. Test, repair and maintain data communications/telecommunications hardware (e.g., personal computers, PC components, printers, video conferencing equipment, telephones) and peripheral network materials (e.g., cables, telephone lines, patch panels); research and analyze hardware issues with vendors and identify resolutions.
Must have expertise with the following applications/systems: Windows 2003 server, VPNs, MS Exchange, SMTP routing, RBL configuration, Windows 2K and XP desktop OS, MS SQL and IIS servers, ASP and SQL. IT-related associates degree and 2+ years relevant experience required, bachelors degree preferred. Extensive successful experience will be considered qualifying substitute for the degree requirement. This company offers a competitive salary and full benefits. |
| Customer Support Representatives |

| Customer support representatives needed for local information technology company. Will be answering telephones and providing user support for technical, billing or other issues. Must have strong knowledge of computer hardware and software. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. There are two positions available, one full-time, one half-time. Must be willing to work a varying schedule, sometimes 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., sometimes 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and some weekends. Starting pay is $8/hour. |
