Screening Process

We take employment screening very seriously and when we refer candidates for consideration, you can feel confident they are well qualified. Our screening process includes:

verbal pre-application,
written application,
in-depth personal interview
testing (as appropriate, see below),

minimum of two employment references,
arrest record search and
driving record report (if applicable).

Testing

We utilize the computerized technical skills assessment system Proveit!© , which is certified as fully validated instruments. There are more than 500 tests available, with more being added every day.
