Screening Process
We take employment screening very seriously and when we refer candidates
for consideration, you can feel confident they are well qualified.
Our screening process includes:
- verbal pre-application,
- written application,
- in-depth personal interview
- testing (as appropriate, see below),

- minimum of two employment references,
- arrest record search and
- driving record report (if applicable).

Testing
We utilize the computerized technical skills assessment system
Proveit!© , which is certified as fully validated instruments.
There are more than 500 tests available, with more being added every
day.
